Solving Low Back Pain: A CTB Framework For Analysis And Treatment (1.5 CEs)
Low back pain isn’t just one problem—and most practitioners don't know how to assess posture, lifestyle and pain presentation in a way that informs a successful treatment approach. Learn to use the insights of Coaching The Body and trigger point therapy to design treatments that work.
Presenter: Chuck Duff

Author of the Amazon Bestselling book, ENDING PAIN
Low back pain symptoms can be confusing.
Two clients with similar symptoms may have completely different origination. Simplistic approaches to trigger point therapy don't work, because they fail to consider the interactions between postural disturbance, satellite referral and functional relationships that set up lumbar pain.
Traditional medical assessments for surgical intervention are flawed and consistently lead to aggressive interventions and negative outcomes. There is little correlation between abnormal imaging and pain - for example, 87% of asymptomatic individuals show evidence of disc bulging and degeneration.
The solution isn't more techniques, it's understanding how pain symptoms are set up and which muscles are at the source.
🎬 In This Live Webinar, You’ll Learn:

âś…Â Low Back Pain isn't one condition: learn to categorize types and patterns and assess perpetuating factors so you can treat with success
âś…Â The common trigger point patterns that directly refer into the low back, and where they likely originate
âś… How shortening from trigger points can cause muscles to set up neurological entrapment and impingement, which further foster trigger point development
✅ How to assess posture, lifestyle and movement to understand why muscles develop trigger points
âś… The role of central sensitization and neuroplastic upregulation in chronic low back pain
✅ The hidden referral relationships between the abdominal and lumbar muscles that can set up back pain
âś…Â Appropriate treatment design for the common types of low back pain, and technique examples for each
