In this video, Chuck shows how knowledge of fiber direction is critically important for trigger point work and the effective use of the EPS.  In order to accurately treat the vastus medialis oblique, fiber centers must be established based on the oblique angle of each fiber. Trigger points occur near the motor endplate zones of the the muscle, which tend to occur near fiber centers.
